Professional Liability (E&O)

    • Wister includes $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Contingent Liability

  • Fills the gap between CGL and E&O for bodily injury or property damage that occurs indirectly due to your advice or actions—when you weren’t directly involved.

    • You give recommendations to owners/guests and can still be named in a suit.

    • Wister includes $1,000,000 per occurrence for contingent BI/PD.

Personal & Advertising Injury

  • Covers claims tied to defamation, copyright infringement, privacy violations, and wrongful eviction.

    • Reviews or statements that spark libel/slander claims.

    • Accidental use of copyrighted images/content in marketing.

    • Alleged invasion of privacy.

    • Claims of improper removal of a guest/tenant.

Diminished Property Value

  • Protects against owner claims that your management reduced a property’s value (e.g., poor maintenance, neglected repairs, weak screening, disputes, weak marketing, or compliance failures). Wister includes $1,000,000 per occurrence.

Guest Discrimination
